This routine works on flexibility, balance, agility, endurance, core, and overall strength.
These tools help prevent injury and aid in recovery. Mindfulness exercises and breath-work help with focus, anxiety, pre-game jitters, team comradery, and mind/body awareness. We use guided visualization techniques and practice goal setting.
Contract work with high school & collegiate athletic teams, and professional sports teams and athletes.

Our military encompasses some of America’s highest-stress, most demanding professions. While yoga has long been used to treat PTSD and help with chronic pain among veterans for some time, it’s seeing increased acceptance as part of military training as well.
Yoga has been found to enhance strength and flexibility; improve balance and focus, and improve respiratory and cardiovascular function.
Yoga can give you more power, clarity, focus, and strength.
Sensory-enhanced yoga (which includes a combination of physical yoga, breathing, meditation, and relaxation) reduces stress, anxiety, depression, improves sleep, and helps participants feel calm.
I teach various yoga and guided meditation classes based off of need- including vinyasa krama, yin, and adaptive therapy based for physical injury, PTSD, and TBI.
My contracts include Team RWB, Wounded Warrior Project, Expedition Balance, Special Ops teams, Houston Debakey VA Hospital, and Los Angeles VA Hospital.
Create the space for kids to grow up with mindfulness, self-confidence, compassion, and creativity. Kids explore movement and breath in a supportive and non-competitive environment by practicing strengthening, stretching, relaxing, and letting go. Yoga poses and meditation are taught through story-telling, creative games, exercises, and arts and crafts projects.
MindUP- is a not-for-profit organization created in response to the global epidemic of childhood aggression, anxiety, depression and suicide. Based firmly in neuroscience, MindUP gives children the knowledge and tools they need to manage stress, regulate emotions and face the challenges of the 21st century with resilience.
Built for flexibility, strength, and mobility the PILATES REFORMER has become my favorite apparatus for post injury rehabilitation and fitness. The Balanced Body Studio Reformer Allegro I is my tried and true. Anything you can do in a gym, I can replicate on this machine. No impact, and perfect for athletes, rehab, and anyone looking for longer, leaner, stronger muscles, toning, and core strength. This is perfect for all levels and abilities, and modifications are easy. Although I tend to enjoy keeping it calm, JUMPBOARD sessions are available as well for those who like some cardio and Hiit.

I started my personal yoga journey when I was 18. I joined to help with my anxiety and insomnia. In 2013 I received my RYT200 certification from the Yoga Institute in Houston TX, under Lex Gillan, student of Ram Dass. Lex Gillan is the co-founder of the Yoga Alliance and founder of the National Association of Certified Yoga Teachers.
I have continued my own practice and teach Yoga, Health, and Sports Performance Therapy at Episcopal High School in Houston, Texas.
